Each course takes place in a different location: You begin with a rustic appetizer in the barn – then a warming soup in the kitchen – the fish course in the spa – the main course in the restaurant – we serve the cheese in the Hotel Gerbi next door – and finally dessert at the Alexander Bar.

Price including paired wines: CHF 110.00 per person
