EXCLUSIVE LIVING WITH HOTEL COMFORT
We are creating new space for long- and short-term guests. Since November 2025, we have been constructing our stylish serviced apartments with maximum comfort, as well as the underground parking garage. As part of this project, we are installing a seawater heat pump to sustainably heat and cool our facilities.

Important information for our guests
During the renovation, the use of all hotel services, the spa and the outdoor pool will remain fully possible.
An alternative parking space is available for our guests behind the Hotel Alexander.
From March 2026 onwards, there will be no more construction noise.
